Privacy notice

This notice covers the Mo Anam Cara prelaunch website and waitlist only. It does not cover the Mo Anam Cara app.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.
• Which campaign link brought you, if you arrived from one of our posts (for example Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube). This tells us which posts work; it is not linked to any account on those services.

We do not use analytics or tracking cookies. To prevent abuse, the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, and we keep a short-lived, one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to limit repeated attempts. We never store your IP address itself, and these records are cleared within a day.

Why we collect it

To email you when Mo Anam Cara launches, and to understand which of our posts people found us through. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the signup form.

Where it is stored

Your email is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, used only for this waitlist. We do not sell or share it with anyone.

How long we keep it

Until the launch announcement has been sent, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Deletion requests that are never confirmed are removed after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your email at any time using the deletion form. So that nobody can remove someone else's address, we email a one-time code to that address and delete it only once the code is confirmed. You can also ask what we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing moanamcaraapp@gmail.com.
